Riddle 4

January 21, 2011 Leave a comment Go to comments

a Lot of discussions were made in the previous Riddle. And it isn’t over yet… Someone had solved the riddle, and challenge back again with his riddle…

Go back to the Riddle 3 in this website to see the riddle posted by him before you take a look at this latest riddle, and see whether you can answer it too or not.

We also want to say Thank You to all of them who had participate to answer the Riddles in this blog. We also say Thanks to them who had took part in Psikita’s little polling in some Optical Illusion‘s posts.

Here is the Fourth Riddle:

A young man walks through the forest. He then came to a bridge.

In front of the bridge is a large man carrying an axe. The large man says, “If you want to cross this bridge, you must tell me a statement. If I think the statement is true, you will be strangled to death. If I say the statement is false, your head will be chopped off.”

A few minutes later, the young man walked over the bridge, while the large man stood pondering.

What was the statement the young man had given?

*if you need some clues, you may just write down in the comment box what kind of clues you wished to get. The other visitors of this website might want to help you with the clue you need… 🙂 Good Luck !
